Coming soon: Autopilot
Not released yet. Autopilot is in testing with a small group of dispatchers. Here is what it will do when it ships.
What it does
- Opens the talk — when you pick a load, Autopilot emails the broker from your own mailbox: is it still available, what is the pickup window, what is the commodity.
- Collects the details — pickup, weight and commodity first, before anyone talks about money. At most two rounds of questions.
- Asks for the best rate — then stops and hands the talk to you.
- Knows your company — answers questions about your trucks, MC, insurance and equipment from a fact sheet you fill in once.
- Follows your rules — plain sentences like Pass on any load that needs a tarp.
What it never does
- Names, counters or accepts a rate. Money decisions are yours, with one click to accept or a box to counter.
- Promises documents. Packet and rate con requests come to you.
- Says it is automated. If a broker asks, the talk comes to you.
Load filter
Tell Autopilot what a good load looks like: deal-breakers it must skip and wishes it should rank by. It judges every load against your recent rate per mile so the AI only talks about loads you would book.
